Today, it is customary for many companies to insists on a health check-up for employees done at the time of hiring. This will identify any existing conditions that might interfere with the performance of their future job whilst also ensuring that the prospective employees are physically capable of delivering the jobs assigned to them.
Description
Our package includes:
Vital Signs & Physical Examination
- Physical exam & history taking
- Body Mass Index
- Blood Pressure screening
Lab Tests / Analysis
Pre-Employment Healthcare Screening (GP76G) which consists of:
- Blood Group (ABO & Rhesus)
- Urine Analysis (FEME)
- Urine for Morphine, Heroin & Derivatives
- Urine for Cannabinoids
Imaging / Investigation
- Chest X-Ray
Review/Consultation by Medical Officer with Evaluation Report
Appointment scheduling is available on Monday to Friday, from 9AM to 5PM, and on Saturday is from 9AM to 1PM. To book an appointment on Saturday, kindly give us a call or WhatsApp us.
Terms & Conditions
Please bring along your identification document: NRIC (for Malaysian) or passport (for non-Malaysian) and your booking confirmation receipt on the day of your test.
Packages are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
Packages cannot be refunded but can be postponed to a later date with a validity of 6 months from the time of booking.
